Through this funding we aim to provide forest school and nature connection sessions that support whole family mental health with benefits including:
– A feeling of improved mental health and wellbeing
– Feeling part of a supportive community
– Feeling more connected to nature
– Increased confidence to access green spaces
– Better knowledge of community mental health services
These programmes are open to all home educators or families whose children do not attend school. All sessions take place at Old Wood Organic in Skellingthorpe.
