We believe that everyone will benefit according to the level of investment we make in volunteers and the resources we commit to enhancing the involvement of volunteers.

People who choose to volunteer with us are valued members of our small team. We believe that volunteering with us is a reciprocal relationship, with many benefits for both. As a volunteer you can expect an induction, ongoing training and support, a named mentor and opportunities to feedback on the volunteering programme.
